EAS Equipment

Why do need EAS equipment? I do nott notice any shoplifting, maybe just a little but not enough to justify spending thousands in EAS equipment. I heard that electronic tagging stuff does not even work that well.

No one can justify loss prevention equipment to you, if you can justify it yourself.

But consider this:

Why when you sign up for a home security system do they put that sticker in your window, Protected by ADT. It is not for you, it is so thieves will see it and think twice before breaking in.

When shoplifters see retail electronic security equipment in a store they are going to walk right by to the next store without EAS equipment.

Electronic Article Surveillance is like insurance for our store, and you can even promote and advertise for your company on the EAS posts.
