Sensormatic LE label vs. The Ultrastrip DR

What is the difference between the Sensormatic UltraStrip DR label and the LE ultramax label?

The Ultra-Strip Dr is the newer version of the LE label. Do not be too concerned with the name, regardless of whether you call it the UltraStrip or the Ultra-Max labels your retail security specialist should know what you are talking about (UltraStrip is the correct name). The main difference is detection range, if your exit is less than 6 feet wide you should not notice a difference. If you have 6+ foot exit then the LE labels will not work for your retail store.

If your are a source tagging for multiple stores/customers always use the Sensormatic DR label.

The LE works on a digital promax at over 6 feet dude.

The LE tag only has one strip of their amphorious metal (metglas) with the resonating properties thus it is possible but NOT recommended to use them with a system over 6 feet. If you owned a walmart or store with a promax system and did lets say 250 tests you would find it would work 175-240 times depending on the detection of you system.
